HOMESTEAD BY THE LAKE | BUILDINGS
There are there houses for living in the homestead: The Spacious house with hall, The Cozy House and the Friends’ House. We can accommodate up to 45 people.
Buildings are suitable for small family meetings as well as for a larger groups having company events, celebrating christening, weddings or other celebrations. For your rest and relaxation you will also find bathhouse and hot tube in homestead territory. Houses in the homestead can be rented separately or entire homestead can be rented for one bigger group of tourists.

Pleasing bathhouse is located at a distance from main living houses. Next to the bathhouse, one can relax in the hot tub or jump into refreshing water in the pond.
Guests enjoy spending time in water procedures or just resting and hanging out with friends in the terrace of bathhouse.
First floor of the building
- 90m2 rustic-style ballroom for up to 60 persons. For your comfort there is air conditioning, wooden furniture, TV in the ballroom. Heated floor and fireplace creates warmth and coziness even in cold winter days.
- Kitchen with all necessary equipment (refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, hob, oven), flatware and kitchenware.
- WC.

This cozy, wooden interior house with terrace is best to spent time with family and friends. As well You will enjoy it celebrating birthdays or other events up to 15 persons.

- Fireplace corner equipped with armchairs for relaxation.
- Cozy bedroom equipped with double bed. In the bedroom You will find chest of drawers, mirror, clothes rack and wardrobe.
- Kitchen with all necessary equipment (refrigerator, kettle, electric hob), flatware and kitchenware.
- WC and bathroom.
- Terrace where you can enjoy your time even in rainy days.
Second floor of the building
- 3 cozy, warm colored bedrooms equipped with 1 double and 11 single beds. In the bedrooms You will find chests of drawers, mirrors, clothes racks.

Spacious house is perfect for celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, team buildings as well as for a family and friends’ vocations.
Quests are welcome to the Spacioaus house House all year round.

There are two arbors in the spacious territory of homestead. You will be able to grill your favorite steaks and shaslik using fireplace and barbeques.
Arbors are ideal for hanging out with company and enjoying beautiful scenery of nature during all day.
